We, at FTDC, realize that every student has unique needs that may be best met by individual counseling, coaching and assessment The Placement Portal of FTDC helps students secure employment by a recruitment programme involving large number of companies.. Thereafter, the career advisor, offers personal guidance on self assessment, job search techniques, resume writing, interview presentations and salary negotiations.

FTDC has added a new dimension to its placement programme by introducing a FTDC Placement Portal on its website, Here potential recruiting companies would be in a position to recruit candidates directly, thereby resulting in a mutually beneficial association. This facility is exclusive for FTDC students only and is entirely free of charge for both students and recruiting companies.

Students and companies desirous of availing this facility may log in at the FTDC website (www.ftdcindia.org) and submit their profile and job requirements. The FTDC Placement Portal screens and accepts the submitted profiles. The suitable candidates profiles are then filtered and presented to the company through this portal. The company may then contact the candidates directly and proceed further towards the selection process.
